3. İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Sebepler
- Hizmetin sunulması (hesap, yayın, kayıt, medya) — sözleşmenin ifası;
- Ödeme ve abonelik yönetimi — sözleşmenin ifası / hukuki yükümlülük;
- Güvenlik, kötüye kullanım önleme, log tutma — meşru menfaat / hukuki yükümlülük;
- Yasal saklama ve taleplere yanıt — hukuki yükümlülük;
- İsteğe bağlı bilgilendirme/pazarlama — yalnızca açık rızanız ile.
4. Saklama Süreleri
- Yüklenen arkaplan, logo ve video klipler: yüklemeden 24 saat sonra otomatik silinir.
- Bulut kayıt dosyaları: 7 gün sonra kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Hesap ve abonelik verileri: hesap aktif olduğu sürece ve yasal saklama süreleri boyunca.
- Loglar: makul güvenlik/yasal süre boyunca.
5. Yurt İçi / Yurt Dışı Aktarım
Hizmet, aşağıdaki işleyen (alt yüklenici) hizmet sağlayıcıları aracılığıyla sunulur ve veriler yurt dışındaki sunucularında işlenebilir:

6. KVKK m.11 Haklarınız
Kişisel verilerinize ilişkin; işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme/yok edilmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Başvurularınızı support.plancode.net üzerinden iletebilirsiniz.

8. Google Kullanıcı Verileri (YouTube Entegrasyonu)
Yayıncı, hesabını Google ile bağlayarak kendi YouTube canlı yayın sohbetini stüdyoya aktarabilir. Bu
entegrasyon Google OAuth üzerinden yalnızca youtube.readonly (salt okunur) izniyle çalışır.

3. Purposes & Legal Bases
- Providing the service (account, streaming, recording, media) — performance of contract;
- Payment & subscription management — performance of contract / legal obligation;
- Security, abuse prevention, logging — legitimate interest / legal obligation;
- Legal retention and responding to requests — legal obligation;
- Optional updates/marketing — only with your explicit consent.
4. Retention
- Uploaded backgrounds, logos and video clips: auto-deleted 24 hours after upload.
- Cloud recording files: permanently deleted after 7 days.
- Account & subscription data: while the account is active and for legal retention periods.
- Logs: for a reasonable security/legal period.
5. International Transfers
The service is delivered through the following processor providers, and data may be processed on their servers abroad:

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, rectification, erasure, object to processing, and seek compensation for damages. Send requests via support.plancode.net.

8. Google User Data (YouTube Integration)
Hosts can connect their Google account to pull their own YouTube live chat into the studio. This
integration uses Google OAuth with only the youtube.readonly (read-only) scope.

| How it's used | Solely to display the host's own YouTube live chat inside the studio panel and let the host feature a chosen comment as an on-stream banner in the broadcast output (RTMP). Data is never used for advertising, profiling, or to train AI/ML models. |
| Retention | OAuth access/refresh tokens are stored in our database only for as long as the platform connection is active, and are deleted when you disconnect. Chat message content itself is not persisted — it is held in memory only for the duration of the live session and streamed to your browser. |
| Sharing | Google user data is never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties, and is not used for advertising. A featured comment is shown only on the host's own live broadcast, to the host's own viewers. |
This use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time from the studio settings or from your Google Account permissions page.
